Engineered for the actual site, not a catalogue
Every plant is engineered for the site it stands on: roof type and condition, wind loads, corrosion exposure, shadow behaviour, cable routing, maintenance access and interconnection requirements. Rigorous shadow analysis optimises the layout for year-round output, and structures are designed to the roof interface and wind-load basis — with civil pedestals in M20/M25 grade concrete where applicable, verified for compression strength.
Quality is enforced through the build: incoming material inspection against approved specifications, torque checks and fastener verification, string polarity, insulation resistance and open-circuit voltage tests, and earth resistance and protection checks — closed out with a commissioning checklist and documented handover.

Can solar be installed without stopping production?
Yes. Our teams plan material movement, structure erection and cabling around your operating hours under permit-to-work controls, with the only planned outage being a brief, pre-agreed shutdown for final grid tie-in. Our track record stands at 100% accident-free man-hours.
Rooftop or ground-mounted — which suits our factory?
If you have sound shed or RCC roof area, rooftop is usually the fastest and most economical start. Ground-mount suits units with spare land or loads beyond what the roof can host — plan for roughly 4 acres per MW. We assess both during the free site visit.
How long does an industrial solar project take?
Typical contract-to-commissioning is 3–6 months including approvals, engineering, procurement and construction — with many rooftop sites needing less than 30 days of actual installation work.
Do you handle GEDA, DISCOM and CEIG approvals?
Yes — government liaisoning is a core service. We manage GEDA registration, DISCOM coordination, CEIG plan approval and inspection, charging permission and net metering documentation end to end.
